Introduced to Tollywood as a villain with RamGopal Varma's debut directorial venture 'Shiva', later found success as a hero, JD Chakravarthy also ventured in to direction with 'Homam' starring Jagapati babu.
It is known that a sequel is being planned for this film tentatively titled as 'Marana Homam', before the release of 'Homam'. The action flick Homam made it to the box office and reaped recognition for the director.
Sources say that director JD Chakravarthy is observing 'Moksham' as a title for the sequel instead of 'Marana Homam'.
Jagapathi Babu will appear as an Encounter Specialist in this film, and a part of it will be reeled in Lahore, Pakistan. The regular shooting will commence from 23rd of this month.
