The cast and crew of Sabash Naidu were supposed to start the shooting by the first week of May.The makers of the film had applied for the 60 days schedule. But the US Consulate reportedly rejected a few applications, as some names of the unit members had raised an issue, which was sorted out later.
This made the makers of the film postpone the shooting, says a source.Directed by TK Rajeev Kumar, the film also stars Ramya Krishnan, Shruti Haasan and Brahmanandam. In the film, Shruti will play Haasan’s daughter, while Akshara will assist Rajeev Kumar and the film has music by maestro Ilaiyaraja. The film, which is slated for release in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, will hit the screens on December 1.
