A case has been filed against superstar Rajinikanth and his fans for wasting hundreds of litres of milk during the release of his films. The petitioner IMS Manivannan has asked that Rajini should wifully advise his fans not to put flex banners and propitiate milk over them. Rajinikanth was awarded Padma Vibhushan yesterday and the court has directed the fans with an order.
"Pleased to pass the order of exparte ad interim temporary injunction directing the defendant's fans not to put any flex banners or cut-outs and not to propitiate milk on the flex banners or cut-outs" on the eve of Rajinikanth being honoured with Padma Vibhushan "in the interest of justice and equity," said the order. The Delhi Court has ordered Rajinikanth to submit his reply and the next hearing of the case is on April 11.
