Bollywood Actor Rishi Kapoor who was presented Lifetime Achievement Award recently feels Award Ceremonies doesn't hold any significance what-so-ever. He questioned what's the necessity of Awards if the Organizers intend to make everyone happy.
Much to everyone's shock, The Veteran claimed he has been using Trophies as Doorstops at his residence these days. 'I can't believe when Parineeti Chopra was presented an award for losing weight. Will they honor me with an award for gaining weight?,' he questions.
When quizzed about his Lifetime Achievement Award, Rishi Kapoor told Organizers have pleaded him to accept it. He poked fun saying Lifetime Achievement Awards were given to him as these people think his career as an actor is over but the man himself makes it clear he has got many more characters to play.
