Prajwal Devaraj and Nikki, younger sister of actress Sanjana Galarani has teamed up for an untitled film to be directed by Venugopal of 'Ee Bhoomi Aa Bhanu' fame.
The film which was launched on Monday morning at the Dodda Ganapathi Temple is a remake of Telugu hit 'Swamy Rara'. The film is a comic thriller and revolves around the theft of Lord Anantha Padmanabha statute in Kerala.
Prajwal says he plays a pickpocket in this film and the role is quite opposite from his real life. Prajwal also said that he has bought some small weapons for theft and wants to practice how a pickpocketer does his job.
