Finally, the day has arrived. So called maverick and one of the biggest directors of the current Tollywood will face the music of Enforcement wing of the Excise and Prohibition department. Having received the summons from Special Investigation Team (SIT), director Puri Jagannath has to appear before the investigation team today afternoon over drug abuse.
Excise and Prohibition commissioner Chandravadan says, film stars who got notices should not worry about investigation process because officials will act within the law. Questionnaire is set within the guidelines issued by Supreme Court of India.
‘Interrogation process will be in a friendly atmosphere. The entire process will be transparent,’ he further added.
SIT questionnaire will comprise of 50 to 100 questions for each individual. These questions about contact with Kelvin, drug habits, phone conversations will be quizzed in three phases by different officers. Let’s see, how Puri crosses this biggest obstacle of his career?
