Slender beauty Rakul Preet's rise in Tollywood has been phenomenal. The actress reached to the top within no time and is now acting opposite all the top stars. The Punjabi kudi is now on the verge of sharing screen space alongside Superstar Mahesh Babu in Murugadoss'project.
The Mahesh-Murugadoss' project is all set to roll from the 26th of July. Now, the latest buzz is that Rakul has had to sacrifice the young Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej's film in Gopichand Malineni's direction to cater get dates for Mahesh's film.
Last year, Rakul was considered for Mahesh's Brahmotsavam. However, she couldn't sign the film as she was busy shooting for NTR's Nannaku Prematho in London. Rakul felt really bad for missing out on romancing the Superstar and she doesn't want to let go of the chance this time.
On the other hand, Gopichand is Murugadoss' protege and there was no hassle in Rakul exiting his project as Murugadoss has spoken to Gopichand, say the industry circles. It is also being heard that Rakul has been paid a whopping 1 crore for Murugadoss' film.
