We had earlier reported that Karu Palaniappan will be directing Madhavan. The film is stated to be titled as Gramophone and the work on the same is anticipated to begin in the coming months. The title Gramophone may suggest a period feel about the venture. But it could also be a metaphor. We would update you once the official announcements come in.
Meanwhile Palaniappan will soon be seen in front of the camera in Kallan, directed by debutant Chandra who had taken her direction lessons from Ameer.
As regards the updates of the film, the shooting is reported to be complete and it has apparently entered the post production phase now. Currently dubbing is said to be going on and the entire process is expected to be completed in a couple of weeks from now.
Palaniappan updates, “I am happy to have been a part of Kallan. It is a rural flick based on action. It is nice to be in front of the camera when someone else is taking care of all the other work and I just need to focus on acting.”
